Good Morning Eddie! Just wanted to drop you a note to thank you again for your assistance in helping us through the process to purchase our park model home. From our initial telephone conversation to helping us arrange the delivery date, you were very prompt in returning our many telephone calls and emails, which we truly appreciate. It is nice to see that true customer service has not been completely eradicated from the sales industry. We also appreciate your patience in meeting with us at your location to help us select a model that would work well for my husband’s mother. Your facility was immaculate and the production line was very impressive. I have attached a few photos of the home, although we have not completed the exterior finishing for the home… I will send you some updated pictures as soon as we finish the skirting and stairs!

Thought you guys might like to see our ‘little place’.

I purchased a Hyde Park Model after visiting the factory with my sales rep Jason. I felt like I had plenty of time to walk though all the models in an afternoon. I received my home on time by an excellent driver who took the time to get my home up on to the hill and aligned perfectly. My only concern was the entry door was misaligned but it was fixed promptly by the techs from the factory. My unit was built well and as per my custom order with no hidden charges. I recommend getting on to the e-mail list, I bought mine during a sale offer with discounted shipping and saved thousands.
