Dear Michael, Just wanted to thank you again for helping us make a Factory Direct house our beautiful retirement “home”. My Jasmine home purchase! Oh my goodness you all have been my rock! Your patience and outstanding “extra mile” you went every time I had a question or needed help was beyond all my expectations! Each time a challenge arose you stepped in and made it good! Each time there was a shortage or something was not just right you took care of it! Your expertise regarding the translation of my needs and wants into a home I know I will be comfortable to live in for probably the rest of my life is just shy of miraculous!
