Our home in the woods!! I would like to tell anyone who is looking for a Park Model or regular trailer to be sure to work with Ben Johnson. I met Ben on line and then called to make arrangements to walk through the factory to watch how they built their homes. It was impressive. Ben was honest, open and eager to assist us in our choices.

Thanks for all your help on the purchase of our park home. We have it at the Circle B RV park in Ruidoso NM. My parents really do love it. It is a far cry from the fifth wheel of mine that they had been staying in. I’m hearing that the home is the envy of the RV park even though there are some real nice trailers and buses there. My mother said that people were always stopping out front during their walks to take a look. The park owner often brings people by on his golf cart to show it as well. You may need to send some business cards to Wayne and B.F. to give out due to the interest. I am attaching some pic’s as well. We hope you like the underpinning we found. I think it looks really good and adds to the cabin in the mountains look. One of the neighbors in the park is a photographer and she has taken several pictures of it. Thanks again for your help.

Dear MaryAnn: Despite all the problems we have endured during this past year with our bank’s total incapacity to perform this simple little loan, you have been our one light at the end of the tunnel. Your knowledge of the home and all the specifics that were involved were astonishing. You provided sage advice about what to do now or leave until later. We are immensely grateful for your lobbying to eliminate storage fees because of the bank’s out of control processing times. By the way, we yet have not closed on the loan with them and have been living in the house for a month. Our recent calls for technical information which was not in your area at all caused you to go out of your way to find and report the information we needed.
