We found Factory Expo in an online search for modular homes. Factory Expo was one of several companies we found. However, the only one that returned our phone inquiries. Jerry was the person who called us. He patiently answered every question we asked, or found the answer. Not only did Jerry return phone calls and emails promptly, he did this on his days off as well, and this was AFTER he made the sale. We live in California, and on a trip north, we wanted to stop by to see the modular before it shipped. Jerry gave us his personal phone number, and told us to call him even though it was Sunday and his day off. He met us at Factory Expo and gave us a tour of our new modular.

You ran and ran and answered all of our questions. We really do appreciate your efforts on our behalf. We love our new home and thank you much for your awesome service.
