To: Mr. Jim Breen, My husband and I are writing this letter to let you know how happy we are with Mary-Ann Barr. She is the ultimate professional! She not only is a born salesperson, her “people skills” are refined to near perfection. She has and continues to be our connection to our new home, always ready to answer our questions regardless of her schedule; she is never too busy for us. It is gratifying to know that Mary-Ann is there (with a smile) when we need her. Although we are purchasing one of your smallest units, Mary-Ann does not differentiate between us and those buying your larger more costly homes.
