We recently purchased a home from Factory Expo Homes. John Lancaster took very good care of us in dealing with making this home accessible for our mother who gets around in a scooter. We had many conversations with different people in the family and he was always very accommodating and understanding of our situation. Everything we asked for was delivered and the home is beautiful. We could not be happier that our mother will live out her days in such a nice home.
