Hi Maryann!! We are IN! The home is BEAUTIFUL and so functional. Your help and ideas really paid off. It now sits in the high desert of Nevada and you can really tell how well built and insulated it is. Even the State and County inspectors were impressed with the home. Everyone who has seen it loves it. The upgraded cabinets and counter tops along with the 9′ ceilings are a must with this home. It just can’t be beat. Thanks so much

Dear MaryAnn: Despite all the problems we have endured during this past year with our bank’s total incapacity to perform this simple little loan, you have been our one light at the end of the tunnel. Your knowledge of the home and all the specifics that were involved were astonishing. You provided sage advice about what to do now or leave until later. We are immensely grateful for your lobbying to eliminate storage fees because of the bank’s out of control processing times. By the way, we yet have not closed on the loan with them and have been living in the house for a month. Our recent calls for technical information which was not in your area at all caused you to go out of your way to find and report the information we needed. That was above and beyond the your job scope and we greatly appreciated it.
