We are very happy with our Park Model. You did an excellent job assisting us with all the choices we had to make. Everyone in the park kept asking if we were going to have an open house so everyone could see it. It was so Different from anything we found in Yuma. We are now starting to see more Athens units.

Our home buying experience with Factory Expo has been TOP NOTCH! Our salesperson, Mary Ann Barr, was a delight. Once we told her what our needs were she showed us a home that matched what we wanted. She answered all our questions and made this the easiest and most positive experience to date. As you can see, we’ve added a metal roof (to match barns and outbuildings on the property) and a porch front and back. The home faces north and is located at the M Diamond Ranch in Rimrock, Arizona.
