Jason and Liz, Just wanted to let you know we are thrilled with are new park model or Casita (small house) as my wife calls it. Here’s some pictures of it on our property in Bangor, CA. Even though it is considered an RV its doesn’t feel like one at all. It is more like a small house or cabin. Very comfortable and we couldn’t be happier. We were a little apprehensive about buying a home on-line without seeing it first. Once we received it though we were impressed with the quality of the construction. The minor repairs that needed to be done were taken care of quickly and you and Liz were great to work with. You never balked at anything I brought up you just took care of it and handled it – thank you. I would highly recommend you to anyone that might be interested in buying a park model.

Mary Ann was one of the most enthusiastic sales persons I’ve ever worked with. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She is honest and very knowledgeable about the homes she sales. As a buyer, she will fight for you. Her goal is to get the best product for the best value. She’s not the high pressure sales person you can’t wait to get away from. She is sensitive and knows that buying a home is one of the biggest decisions a person will make. Our home buying experience with her was amazingly pleasant and smooth. I can say that you were an excellent salesman, and your assistant, Xochitl Hurtado, deserves a raise. She has been an exceptional communicator and facilitator and I am so grateful for her prompt responses to my many phone and email inquiries. I appreciate the fact that we were able to customize the look of the unit as it matches the main house quite well. Everyone who goes through it loves it!
