I am in process of purchasing a modular unit for the Racetrack from Factory Expo Home Center and Carol Henderson is my Sales Associate. She has been extremely helpful in getting us all the information we need in order to purchase the right unit for the track property. I always get a prompt response from her when I have questions or concerns regarding the modular unit we are purchasing. She always has the answers to any question I may have which is extremely helpful for someone who is clueless to purchasing a modular unit. I am very pleased with Carol Henderson. She is also extremely cool when it comes to any snags we have come up with this deal and has been very cooperative with us. So far we have been very happy with Carol Henderson as our Sales Associate.

I want to thank Carol Henderson for help guiding me through the purchase of my Factory built home. She was very helpful in making decisions as to what the amenities should be and helping me layout the floor plan. It is up and I am just waiting for power and I can honestly say that it is the best home in the area. I would like to thank Xochi for being patient with me and keeping her cool because re ran into some rough areas. She stayed on top of it and finally we got through them all. My only regret is that I did not get a chance to meet her. Maybe someday. She is the best. Here are some pictures but it is not quit done but almost. Once I finish i will send more.

We were looking for the perfect manufactured home for about a year. When we were referred to Factory Expo Homes by an acquaintance we had no idea they would have the perfect home for us. Mary-Ann Barr and the whole staff at Factory Expo Homes was great. They were very easy to work with and we never felt too much pressure. We love our new home and look forward to building our family memories there.
