When we purchased our home we encouraged Brad’s father to buy a Park Home but he resisted. Then he decided he loved our home so much he wanted a Park Home. He had his home built to his specifications and he loves it. It is just the right size and meets all his needs. We put the home close to ours house so we can be available if he needs us but he still has his independence. He is 84 years old and looks at this as an investment for us to use as a guest house or a weekend place after he is gone.

This is a picture of the park model we purchased from you a couple of years age. It is located at Bridgeview RV park on Lake Fork. We have really enjoyed it. It has a lot more room to store things than I realized at first. We have been there in some pretty severe thunderstorms and it does not shake at all. I know that the winds were at least 60 miles an hour in one of those storms. It is MUCH more confortable than the travel trailer we had before. Thanks for always being so helpful. Wayne & Ann P

De-Ann, Sorry I haven’t taken more pictures. Great little home. Really enjoying the air conditioning after working on the ranch. Delivery was great and hookup to power and water was smooth. Post delivery service was a breeze. Thanks for making such a great product.
