It is a pleasure to write about the wonderful experience we had with Factory Expo and especially with Angie Celli. At a time when customer service seems to have become a thing of the past, it is great to see it once again. My husband and I began our park home journey via the internet and were impressed with the amount of information we found on Athens Park Homes’ website and ultimately Factory Expo’s website. In fact, I only had two questions I needed answered when I found my way to Angie. She immediately answered my questions and was eager to help in any way. I honestly didn’t believe that we would end up with a park home because of our unique circumstances, but I believe Angie played in integral part in making it happen.

I wanted to take this opportunity to write you in regard to our experience with purchasing our home from Factory Expo in Seguin. Our search for a second home began on the internet. We contacted Cavco and spoke with Sam David Idar who immediately set up an appointment for us to take a factory tour. We were very impressed with the knowledge Sam David had on every aspect of the manufacturing process. During the process of purchasing the home he was professional, pleasant, answered all of our questions and made the whole experience quite pleasant. Even after we purchased the home he was always willing to speak with us and answer any additional questions. I believe that Sam David is an asset to your team and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a manufactured home.

We purchased a Park Home from Deann in 2006. We have really enjoyed it. Deann was courteous, and very helpful in selecting our park home. I wanted some changes made, and she was able to get these things changed without a lot of trouble. We have recommended other people to see her about purchasing a park home. In fact we are considering another park home, and if and when we do Deann will be the one we purchase one from.

In 2006 I Bought a Freemont Home from De Ann and I’ve Never Regretted It. It’s All Electric and So I Don’t Have Gas Bills on It and I Have Claustrophobia in Regular RV’s but with the Cathedral Ceilings It Doesn’t Bother Me. I Had It Moved To San Antonio And Am Content. Incidentally I’m 77 Years Old So Good for Old People to Live a Free Life In. The Porch Is Nice To Sit Out On In The Evenings. Being Well Insulated Utilities Are Low. My Hat Is Off To De Ann And Others Like Her Building A Better Way.
